Clinic Upgrade Protects Patient Confidentiality

Patients walking to their doctor appointments at the Provost Medical Clinic must pass behind the reception area, where they could otherwise come too close to staff computers when leaving their appointments. This frosted-glass partition wall with a sliding door (partially shown at back), was installed to encourage patients to engage with staff from the front of the desk.
